This is the privacy notice of PAMS Pregnancy Ultrasound Service.

In this document, 'we', 'our', or 'us' refer to PAMS Pregnancy Ultrasound Centre. We are located at Specialist Consulting Rooms, 77 Newmarket Road, Norwich, NR2 2HW.

Data we process

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you. We have collated these into groups as follows:

Your identity includes information such as first name, last name, title, date of birth, and other identifiers that you may have provided at some time.

Your contact information includes information such as email address, telephone numbers and any other information you have given to us for the purpose of communication or meeting.

Special personal information

Special personal information about your health and personal history, medical history.

Here at PAMS Pregnancy Ultrasound Centre, we will have confidential information about you. This includes your personal and clinical details. No third parties will ever be passed confidential information. In the event of any abnormalities being found, we may need to contact your health care professional. We will only do so with your explicit permission.

Much of the information that we hold is in a digital format. This data will be held for a maximum of 5 years and will be deleted. Any images that are taken will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months. Please note that data may be removed before this time has elapsed and PAMS Pregnancy Ultrasound Centre cannot be held liable for any loss of information in this way.
